Cancellation Prior to Dispatch  

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before the order is shipped, whichever occurs first    
   
• To request a cancellation, customers must contact our customer support team via email    
   
• Once the cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days    
   

Cancellation After Shipment  

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched    
   
• If you wish to return a product after delivery, the process must follow the terms stated in our Return & Refund Policy    
   

Order Changes  

Modifications to an order are not permitted once it has been placed, including:  

• Changes to the selected product    
   
• Changes to the delivery address    
   

If corrections are required:  

• Cancel the existing order, provided it qualifies under the cancellation eligibility criteria    
   
• Place a new order with the correct information
